Frequently asked questions
Getting started
- Download PawsyPetz from the App Store or Google Play and create an account.
- Add your first pet from the Pets tab and start logging care activities.
- Enable notifications to receive reminders for meds, vet visits, and daily care.
Account & sign-in
- PawsyPetz supports email/password, Sign in with Apple, and Google Sign-In.
- If you can't sign in, try resetting your password or restoring your Apple/Google session.
- To delete your account, see our Delete Account page.
Subscriptions & Premium
- Premium is billed through Apple or Google — not directly by PawsyPetz.
- To cancel, open your device's subscription settings and manage PawsyPetz Premium there.
- To restore a purchase, open the app → Account → Subscriptions → Restore Purchases.

Troubleshooting
- Notifications not arriving? Check system notification permissions and Do Not Disturb settings.
- Data not syncing? Confirm you're signed in and have an internet connection.
- App crashing? Update to the latest version and restart your device. Contact support if it persists.
- Photos or documents missing? Ensure you're signed into the same account used when uploading.
