Delete in the app
You can request account deletion directly from the PawsyPetz app:
- Open PawsyPetz and sign in to the account you want to delete.
- Go to Account → Legal & Privacy.
- Tap Delete Account at the bottom of the screen.
- Confirm the deletion when prompted.
Delete by email
If you cannot access the app, email support@pawsypetz.com from the email address linked to your account with the subject line Account Deletion Request.
Include:
- Your full name
- The email address associated with your PawsyPetz account
- A brief confirmation that you want your account permanently deleted
We will verify your identity and process the request within 30 days.
What gets deleted
- Your user profile and authentication account
- All pet profiles, photos, and documents stored in your account
- Health logs, wellness history, reminders, and activity data
- Cloud-synced records associated with your account
What may be retained
We may retain limited information where required by law, for fraud prevention, or to resolve disputes (for example, billing records handled by Apple or Google). See our Privacy Policy for details.
Active subscriptions
Deleting your PawsyPetz account does not automatically cancel an App Store or Google Play subscription. Cancel your subscription in your device's store settings before or after deletion to avoid future charges. See our Support page for help.
